  Stayed three days for a boardgame tournament; Midwest Open 2026, Avalon Hill's Victory in the Pacific. Stay was part of a 2 week car trip originating in TX and extended into MI before return. On long trips I prefer IHG Candlewood Suites due to the free laundry is a priority over free breakfast. (@HIE). Enjoyed the large room, good WiFe, interacted often with the personable front desk staff, one problem was quickly resolved, and location convenince of a wealth of eateries, stores of all kinds, Cinemark movies, Honda Dealer (low tire pressure), Brat Stop (bus stop between Milwaukee & Ohare airports), I-94 & 75th street (Kenosha Drive). 34th year of Midwest Open, I have attended yearly 15+ times and will continue to do so yearly as long as able. I will stay at this Candlewood Suites in all future years.

  I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made the experience even better after a long day of travel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy, and everything in the room was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. I also appreciated the little details that made the stay feel more relaxing and convenient. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for amazing staff especially to Rocio, Maria, Courtney, and Alison and everyone else for such a great experience!

  The room was a little plain and outdated for what I'm used to but we made the best of it. There was no ice machine , but had one in the freezer. It took a while for it to make ice but I wasn't to bothered by it. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for where we needed to go. All in all the hotel was alright and we would stay again.

  Room here was cleaned weekly as I was an extended stay for a few months for work. Mina has done a great job cleaning my room thank you very much. Pet friendly and I did bring my dog up for the weekend one time while I was here great location, close to dining and plenty of shopping and a couple miles off main interstate.

  Truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very central to what we were in town for. The hotel was clean and very well kept. We had a couple minor hiccups with things in our room but the staff was very courteous and immediately remedied the situations. The manager and staff were very friendly and took the opportunities to make our stay feel like we were the only guests, with their personal attention to us and why we were in town. Courtney was absolutely wonderful and we looked for her every time we came downstairs.
