  We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Best Western in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on April 4 and 5, and this marked our third visit in just the past couple of years. Marissa and I have become loyal fans of this hotel because every single stay feels like coming home. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, the warm, welcoming vibe was exactly what we remembered and exactly what we needed after a long drive from Chicago. Check-in was a breeze, and right away we were greeted by our favorite team member, Sunny. Sunny is simply outstanding—always smiling, remembering our names, and making sure everything is perfect for us. Whether it’s a quick recommendation or just a friendly chat at the front desk, Sunny turns an ordinary stay into something special. The entire staff deserves huge praise too. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. The housemaids in particular were incredible; our room was spotless every day, towels were refreshed, and little details like perfectly made beds made us feel truly cared for. You can tell the whole team takes real pride in their work. What keeps bringing us back, though, are the amenities we love most. The hot tub is our absolute highlight. After long days exploring the area, we spent both evenings soaking. The indoor pool area is also well-maintained and inviting. Then there’s the breakfast. Wow. Every morning we looked forward to the hot buffet with fresh options, fluffy waffles, savory eggs, crispy bacon, and the best coffee to start the day. It’s hearty, delicious, and included—exactly what busy travelers need. We never left hungry! The rooms themselves are comfortable, quiet, and always clean, with everything we need for a restful night. The location in Kenosha is convenient for everything we come here for, and the value for the price is unbeatable. Best Western Kenosha has consistently delivered a wonderful experience each of the three times we’ve stayed, and we already can’t wait for our next visit. Thank you, Sunny, and the entire amazing team for making us feel so appreciated. If you’re looking for a friendly, reliable hotel with great staff, a relaxing hot tub, and solid breakfast, look no further. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon! Five stars all the way.

  Overall it's an ok hotel. The bed was alright. The shower had good water pressure. Didn't hear any noise in the hotel room. Pool and hot tub were both working. The hot tub could be a little bit hotter. The hallways smelled a little funky and had a heavy air freshener smell about them.

  NOT SATISFIED. Booked a room for our son's 13th birthday and to say that the $110 that we spent for a 2 queen room was a fricken bummer. Our experience was extremely disappointing. I'll start with saying first off that you definitely need to upgrade some things... Bathroom in our room was run down and dirty, stains on the sheets and the tiniest table ever. We couldn't even sit and play board games or eat together. I also think you should screen who is coming into your hotel. There was a group of young females around 4:30-5pm who were drunk in the hot tub and still drinking, being very inappropriate/vulgar while we were trying to enjoy time with our son in the pool. Which the pool was the main reason we booked here. That was frustrating. HUGE problem here today was that 2 employees entered our room while our 13 year old was in there by himself as his dad and I were loading our stuff to the car. AFTER I told them that we had late check out. My son was terrified. Went back to the pool around 11:30 this morning before our checkout time.. seems as we were the first ones in there - hot tub was FREEZING.. Pushed the button for the jets every time they stopped for over 2 hours and the hot tub didn't get above body temperature degrees. While waiting for hit to hopefully warm up, I grabbed the pool net/skimmer and scooped a bunch of nasty, brown chunky foam out of it 4 separate times.. I know you have cameras. Someone should have came and started doing that. We will definitely not be going back and I do not recommend booking here.

  Me and hubby stayed here for a birthday party that was close by we were check in by Sunny what a friendly and helpful guy his name suits his personality the room were very nice and clean we both enjoyed the breakfast we’ve stay and other place and all they serve was biscuits and gravy no eggs and other stuff that we enjoyed at your hotel wish we could have stayed another day but we definitely will be back again also I loved the hair essentials shampoo etc we will be planning to stay again 😊💕Thank you Sunny!
