Walk8ng through the building from a exit door to another. The hot tub did not work. It was warm but didnt turn on at all and looks gross at the bottom. No one was at the besk when I arrived and had to ring the bell when leaving 2 times waiting 2 minutes before attempting a second ring and then was told he could not produce a receipt for me since I booked online. I asked for a checkout sheet showing that I had stayed ect. He refused to provide anything showing I had stayed. Breakfast was underwhelming. The room was decent but smelt of stale cigarettes as if it had been smoked in and sprayed over in the past. The bed was extremely hard. Overall not the worst stay but definitly not the best.
- JVJacob VFeb 9, 20265.0Stayed here last weekend for the Hudson Hot Air Affair and was pleasantly surprised by how nice this Best Western Plus is. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were amazing—not too flat and not too dense, which is rare for hotels. I also loved that the room had two sets of shades, which made it nice and dark even with the sun shining outside. Breakfast was great as well, with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy—everything fresh and hot. Overall, I was very impressed and would highly recommend this Best Western Plus to anyone staying in the Hudson area.
