- LSLenita ScholerDec 19, 20253.0Check in easy it was prepaid so they put us on the 4th floor. Staff fair- clerk kind of sarcastic. Breakfast lady left before it was over. Loved the mattress so comfortable. Heat good. It was really cold outside when it turned on it blew cold air for the first couple minutes. Then came out warm. My biggest negative was the toilet. It was so low it was like sitting on the floor. Would be great for little kids. I'm used to highboy toilets. Also a frig but no microwave, no coffeepot, a hassock for a desk chair (seat, no back) the couch had an arm that was dirty closest to the bed. If u have microwave popcorn or a hot snack or u want coffee,.tea, hot chocolate or hot cider it's down to the lobby to use the only microwave right by the front door. They have a couple small fridges with drinks and frozen dinner/ breakfasts for sale. Pool was closed for maintenance. Didn't see a workout room. Breakfast was your typical continental. Rolls,muffins,instant oatmeal, cereal, toast and boiled eggs. Orange juice, apple juice, 2% and oat milk. Breakfast room an ok size. Clean but not that warm in there. Was told by the lady at the desk this is kind of a "no frills" Hilton. If you want that stuff you have to pick a higher grade Hilton. We paid more for this hotel than a lot of others that came with everything. So if you want no frills this is your place.
