If you look at the picture of the pool under the water the tile is nice, bright and blue, but above the water it's a dark, disgusting brown cake with dirt and people had been scratching comments and stuff in it. Very disgusting. The room was dimly lit, very dingy, not well maintained. The beds were absolutely horrible, a carpet was dirty, huge gob of hair stuck to the shower wall in the room. Overall a very bad experience. I generally never take the time to write bad reviews, but this place was so bad I had to do this, so hopefully they will pay attention and do something. They understaffed the hotel. Preventative maintenance is being ignored. Emergency exit door frames and main door frames are rusted out at the base. They just don't take care of this place. I would not even stay here again for free. I will sleep in my car if it ever came to that.

The staff was rude and completely unhelpful the entire time. To make it even worse, they overcharged me and acted like it was my problem to figure out. Absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

Was told since I told them we were going to occupy multiple rooms a later date. We got charged. No contract written up. Just. Stealing money when I never stayed. Management blew us off. Will never stay atvthia hotel again
