  I don’t recommend staying here. We had a very rough experience when it came to trying to park here for our trip. I called several times and spoke to multiple employees who assured me that I could park my car there for free, as long as we stayed the night before our trip. One employee even told me that they only think about charging if it’s been more than a month. We decided to drive down from Marquette a day early to stay the night and leave our car at this hotel instead of the airport. I confirmed again at check in that we could do this for no added price. All was fine, then when we got back from our trip to Africa, i called for a shuttle and they told me it was broken and that they could call a Lyft. After no Lyfts were available and initially no suggestions from them on how to get us to the hotel, we called taxi companies, tried uber and finally got Lyft to work. At that point, my husband and I decided to drive back to Marquette (it was 9pm) as we were so fed up with the hotel and no longer tired because we were so worked up. I called and asked them to cancel our room due to our frustration and thankfully they agreed to, but told me we owed $75 for parking our car there. I confirmed so many times that we wouldn’t be charged for parking if we stayed one night on our way out, but we were. I also called the GM yesterday to discuss, but she didn’t call me back. Please train your employees on your airport parking policy.

  Had a great time at this hotel mixed business with vacation. Hannah the bartender was awesome she really made our stay.

  We had an amazing weekend Feb 6 2026 We came to town to celebrate my son’s 21st Birthday- Hannah in the bar was great and really knows how to make a True Old Fashion . Michele at the front desk was top notch - gave us great recommendations for things to do and where to find live music. Rooms were clean and spacious! Thanks for making the weekend memorable!

  Great location especially if catching a flight from GRB. Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathtub was cracked and appeared a bit dirty. Heat/AC unit was so noisy I could not leave it on overnight. Fine for a night before or after a flight, not sure if I’d stay more than one night though.
