The worst part is the cleanliness - that's the main thing you want from a hotel aside from a comfy bed (which it did have) but it was dirty by all other regards - hairs and dirt on the floor and in the shower, dead bugs and dirt in the windowsill, coffee stains on the to go lids at the coffee station in our room, dirty vents, alarm clock set at the wrong time - just no attention paid to the details at all and makes you really question the hygiene in regards to other aspects of the hotel like their continental breakfast which was also pretty disappointing

I ended up being at the very end of the hall which was a very painful walk. I'm grateful that I was at least on the first floor. The staff was otherwise friendly and they accommodated my request for a fan. The rooms are clean and nice.
