- DMDon MozaJan 5, 20262.0I am a Hilton Diamond Member who only uses Hilton Branded Hotels. This is my second stay at this hotel and previously stayed 4 years ago. During my recent stay on 12/8 in Room 523 I found that this hotel was in need of upgrades to include the terrible quality of bed and pillows. This was one of my poorest nights sleep in a Hilton Branded Hotel. I did send my complaint to the Hilton Diamond Desk and also reviewed the hotel with the survey sent to me by Hilton. Since the hotel never followed up I decided rate this location on Google. I will not return to this hotel.
- CBCardi BeeJan 1, 20261.0Location and room was like every other hilton the staff here however were terrible. It started out with room service pounding on our door at 745 am. Mind you it is new years day. After about 30 seconds of her pounding on the door I tell her we aren't leaving till check out time and walked back to bed. She then starts vacuuming next to the door and mind you this is all before 8 am. We then went to go order food and our waitress laura was the most rude waitress we ever had. Will adjust this review based on what hilton does but as of right now do not recommend.

- RDRay DamageDec 4, 20253.0On different stays here, I go to my room and the digital key doesn't work, I go downstairs and they give a key card, I go to my room and the key card doesn't work, I go downstairs and they need to come up and charge the door battery, and this song and dance takes ~30 minutes. Again, happening multiple times on multiple different trips makes me think these types of inconveniences are the norm. Lugging around your luggage up and down three times is not fun. It just seems like they patch stuff until the next customer gets stuck wasting time when it should've been fixed. I've been that unlucky customer too many times. It's also worth noting, cleaning ignored the 'do not disturb' placard on one occasion which has never happened to me before.
