  We normally love staying here, but over the recent years things have started to deteririote. The roof leaks into the tub and other areas of the pool and it is freezing in there so our toddler couldn’t swim without shaking so we moved to our rooms bathtub which doesn’t have a plug option or a way to fill the bath without the shower on. We normally love it cause it’s close to different locations. The rooms look great and brand new.

  The front desk staff in the morning and midday were kind and helpful. The breakfast staff are fantastic. The breakfast itself was great also. We kicked back in the atrium simply because there was plenty of room and enough tables to have a pizza poolside. It would be nice for future guests to have a shower that maintained temperature, rather then having spurts of extreme cold and extreme heat throughout the shower. The shower also had an empty body wash container. It would also be nice to see fresh paint covering the blemishes on the wall in the breakfast seating area.

  The one positive thing I can say about this hotel is that our room was clean. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It reminded me of sleeping on milk crates with a cheap blanket and sheets. The bed was not attached to the headboard and was so flimsy. I went to lean up against the headboard to sit up in bed to read and the bed slipped out underneath me and I folded up like a book between the bed and the headboard injuring my neck. I called the front desk and they said “I don’t know what to tell you.” They offered to send up maintenance to see what the could do to help and that they’d’ have a manager check in with me in the morning or when we checked out. Maintenance never showed. The manager didn’t up, nor did they reach out. I ended up sleeping sitting up and am in a world of hurt today. Don’t stay here, especially if you have any type of mobility issues. The rooms are a hazard. The whole experience was pretty awful. I debated on whether to write this review, and decided to move forward, because the hotel didn’t accept any responsibility. They didn’t even say “We’re sorry.” I’m from Wisconsin at a Wisconsin hotel. Basic manners are expected.

  Room was fine. They called early in the day to confirm reservation. Location good especially if you are going to Lambeau Field. Check in was efficient.
