- SMStephanie MackeyJan 2, 20261.0We stayed here over New Years so my son could go swimming. The pool was closed for 2 hours up on our arrival. Once re-opened, the steps to get in and out of the pool were broken and unsafe. Towels were completely gone. The pool was cloudy and you could not see through to the bottom. The piping in the pool ceiling is all eroded and mirrored the look of bugs from a distance. The room itself was filthy with some unknown substance across the entire table, chair and TV stand. The smell was just disgusting. Box elder bugs were everywhere despite it being the middle of winter. I would have left that night had I not promised my son that he could swim. It was overall a horrible experience. Do not stay here. I could not get out of there fast enough.

The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always meticulously clean, and the property is well kept. The location is a quiet one, perfect for relaxation. There are many restaurants nearby, and access to the highway is very easy. The breakfast is also very good, with typical Best western favorites, such as sausage, eggs, waffles, cereals, bagels, breads, snack bars, yogurt, fruit, and much more. This is a fantastic place to stay when near Milwaukee.
