Once re-opened, the steps to get in and out of the pool were broken and unsafe. Towels were completely gone. The pool was cloudy and you could not see through to the bottom. The piping in the pool ceiling is all eroded and mirrored the look of bugs from a distance. The room itself was filthy with some unknown substance across the entire table, chair and TV stand. The smell was just disgusting. Box elder bugs were everywhere despite it being the middle of winter. I would have left that night had I not promised my son that he could swim. It was overall a horrible experience. Do not stay here. I could not get out of there fast enough.
