  I hate to be the complainer, all the while we had fun swimming. I brought my daughter here for a getaway. The pool was very small. I thought there was a hot tub, but there wasn't. No hot tubs. I booked through booking.com and was floored when I got in there and total was almost $400. Front desk lady said "sorry there's nothing we can do about that" so I bit the bullet and moved on. The place is very clean. My room was spacious and comfortable. The outlets on one side of the bed did not work. You couldn't even plug anything in, it just fell right out. Also my keurig machine didn't work. They put an order in for it and told me maintenance would check it out. Maintenance showed up about a half hour before our departure so it was pointless. I had to go downstairs to get my coffee. The room door is like 100 lbs. It was a slow closing door and then slams shut at the end. So I felt like I had to help the door close and stop it from slamming to not upset neighbors. The pool room is very warm. The water was a perfect temperature. Very small pool. I think the deepest end was 4' 9" or somewhere close to that. The water could've been more clear. It was blue, but had a pretty noticeable green color to it. The water was very salty. It was horrible when water went up my nose or i accidentally swallowed it. Yuck. Also, the echo in the pool was crazy loud. Just my daughter and I in the pool room and we could barely understand each other. Imagine if there was a crowd. They have 4 floors filled with hotel rooms, but the pool is a capacity of 29😐 At least the lights down the halls looked really cool lol. The beds and pillows were very comfortable in my eyes. I slept GOOD! The price of my stay is not their fault. It's mine. But I never would spend that kind of money on a hotel unless it had a Waterpark in it, seriously.

  Rooms are decent. Good breakfast. Not kid friendly at all. One staff member would allow something. Another said no. They threatened to kick us out for kids just being kids. Overall if you are traveling for work it's fine. Leave your kids at home....

  Room 428 King Suite. Room Super spacious. A few issues as follows. Bed was hard & uncomfortable. The wall behind the sink had some sort of dripping stain on it & was obvious it had been there for awhile. If the bed was replaced I would definitely reserve. Again. Customer service was phenomenal. I would stay Again. Paid over $400 for 2 nights

  The staff is always pleasant and friendly. Everything was great. Checking in, the General Manager was there and greeted me with a friendly smile. The next morning she was at the front desk with a friendly smile as I left to go work. She was there when I returned that afternoon. She enjoys her career and is dedicated to making a stay there the best for guests.

  Love the beds but the sound of the refrigerator not so much when it comes on Tvs are ok but i dont understand why do they make it so hard to connect your external device to the tv like amazon firestick
