I called the hotel just to notify them that they have a problem, and was referred to a customer service number which I could not speak with anyone. I'm leaving this here so maybe they will read it and are able to take care of the problem. The date of my stay was 12/15/2025

- BSBrian SelerskiNov 8, 20252.0This hotel has gone through a change of ownership and management. In my opinion it is all for the worse. It is now the most odd place to stay. We were in town for a few weeks and returned to this hotel that we had been at back in 2021. For example they can only play The Weather Channel on both of their TVs in the lobby. My son asked to put something else on because he was going to spend some time in the lobby and they front desk said no one was allowed to change the channel. 24 hours of The Weather Channel on mute is just weird. We stay in hotels full-time and not one other hotel has not allowed someone to put another program on. My wife has an environmental illness so she just needs to step into a room before booking. Again, we have lived throughout the country over the past 4 years and not one hotel didn't allow my wife to do that. However, this hotel would not allow her to check a room first. We booked two rooms just to hedge our bet that one room would work. The front desk manager said that if anyone steps in the room it has to be re-cleaned by housekeeping. Even during COVID other hotels allowed us to check a room first. The staff members are rude and this is a top down thing all the way from management of the hotel. They are in the hospitality business but hospitality isn't what they do. If you are just coming through for a night it is probably a good place to stay, but if you have any need beyond just sleeping for the night they will make you feel unwelcome.
