- PCPeter CampionApr 5, 20261.0Had someone barge in to my room at 10:30 pm. Was watching news in boxers and undershirt winding down before going to bed and they must’ve double booked my room. Brought to their attention at checkout, they said sorry what could they do offered 2k in points. Almost insulting as they give 500 for green stay.
- MDMr DekApr 1, 20261.0We (mom/dad/child14/child11) made reservations(3 nights), confirmed, breakfast included....first morning, restaurant host and server both confirmed yes to the above. after we ordered and ate, we were handed the bill - charged for all 4 juices, all four meals, with a 24.95 credit. leaving a 30+ bill. we questioned, to acquire what we did wrong....we didn't ask for child menus....the courtesy card stated that breakfast and drink are free...brought it to the the MOD-Melissa, told we owed the bill. We paid it. Today (day two) we did breakfast...we ordered two adult breakfasts, one child breakfast (12 yrs and under) and 14yrold order two sides...we paid for the two sides. <$9. After the initial morning interaction - we were treated like crap (the front desk looked away from us, and the few times they looked...no smile was ever returned). The host and server today were proper and top notch (same with bartender last night). This restaurant is "elite" per reviews...that is what we received today (and last night bartender)...however what we received yesterday and today from the front office was beyond bad.
