We accidentally walked a hockey stick through the lobby as we were carrying all the rest of our luggage up to our room. We bought drinks from the bar and wanted to socialize in the lobby, but bothered/ almost thrown out until they realized we bought our drinks from them. This place is a no fun zone for families. Pool use doesn't allow you to bring in a bag of chips. We've been IHG members for more than 5 years and were turned off by the pushy staff behavior. No inclusive breakfast. Had a hot tub. Otherwise nice stay and decent rooms.
