  Shower drain wouldn't drain... Upon peeping what the cause was.... I find the entire drain blocked with this wad of hair. Never should a paying customer have to even think about this let alone dig it out themselves. ****UPDATE**** The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was loud and the family above me sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling, this went on from 7pm the time I arrived to 10pm-11pm, at this time I did say something to the front desk about it, but it didn't stop until 12am-1am. The amount of things I found on the floor under things was interesting, pliers... hair clips, trash and a fork... The towards the end of my stay the weather turned from rain to sleet and back. When I would have bring my service dogs out to go potty, the sidewalks were extremely slippery. There was no one even attempting to put salt down to potentially avoid someone getting injured, the parking lot was no better.

  Great value, huge room, immaculately clean, comfy. Excellent breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Located very near I-94

  Man the soaps are great enough to stay just for them. Clean rooms good service. Amazing, the pool and hot tub up & running (unlike most hotels)

  I stayed at this Best Western Plus during my route, and the experience was smooth, comfortable, and well organized from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick, and the staff handled everything with a friendly, professional attitude. The room was clean, spacious, and set up properly — comfortable bed, good lighting, and a quiet environment that made it easy to rest after a long day. The bathroom was in solid condition with strong water pressure and clean surfaces. Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the workspace in the room was convenient for catching up on messages or planning the next stop. The breakfast area in the morning was well stocked, with plenty of options and a clean, organized setup. Parking was easy, the building felt safe, and the overall atmosphere was calm and well maintained. This Best Western Plus provided a dependable and comfortable stay, and I would definitely choose it again when passing through the area.

  The bed mattress was too soft. So soft you sink in the middle. Cigarette smoke was another problem. I felt like because I was a women I wasn't taken serious. My cell phone turned off the key to my room because it was too close. I guess your supposed to know this already when it happens. I personally never had the problem at other locations. The clerk challenged me several times asking me why I wheeled my belongings back to the desk when I got my card recharged. I hadn't even unpacked my things yet. He told me no one would steal my things if I left them out in the middle of the hall. "Seriously" He even asked me again I repeated I didn't want my things stolen. I did have very valuable things in my possession. He then repeated himself saying no one would take my things if I had left them out in the hall up on second floor. Best Western Plus used to be more dutiful to it's guests. I have stayed at Best Westerns all across the U.S. for over a decade. Even the old sites have historically been clean and professional. The atmosphere here felt like a once good site gone bad.
