- SSSamantha S5 days ago1.0BED BUGS!!!! See picture. We came in and got a double queen. When we went upstairs the door was wide open with the deadbolt shut. So we decided to get another room as we didn’t feel sure what could have been done to the room while it was open prior to us checking in. Got upgraded to room 217 with king bed and pull out couch. Inspected the room, clean upon initial glance. Then checked the bed and found this guy! Left the hotel and will be getting a refund!
