  Honestly a shocking experience, and for multiple reasons- 1.) Shortly after checking in, a man walked into our room unannounced. I heard him calling “housekeeping” to other rooms, but there was no warning at our door. It appears our early check in was not communicated. 2.) We got back late at night to hear our smoke detector beeping for low battery. I had to wait several minutes for a desk clerk, and when I told him the situation, he asked me if it was AA or AAA. I said I didn’t know and can’t reach it- he handed me one of each “just in case”. I asked, “You want ME to change it?” To which he replied, “Well yeah, I don’t know how to do it”. LUCKILY my very tall brother was in the room, but it’s worth noting the worker didn’t know that. I brought it back as it needed a 9V, and he commented, “hopefully it won’t beep all night for you”. I made it clear that I would switch rooms before listening to that beep all night. 3.) Upon returning in the afternoon on day 1 of a 2-day stay, we found our room keys had already been disabled, a whole day early. The room itself was fine, but the service and function of the employees was primarily unprofessional and disorganized. Won’t stay here again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Warm, welcoming, and festive — excellent stay I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. From the moment you walk in, the hotel feels welcoming and comfortable. The lobby is especially inviting — beautifully decorated for the holidays with thoughtful details that make it feel cozy and cheerful rather than generic. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to sit down and relax for a bit. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the customer service. Karie at the front desk was outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. She made check-in smooth and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell she really cares about guests and takes pride in her work. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Best Western to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

  I had a fantastic stay at this Best Western! From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located, making it easy to get around while still feeling relaxing and safe. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a good variety of fresh options, and the common areas were clean and inviting. Overall, this Best Western exceeded my expectations and offered excellent value for the price. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

  This hotel is one of my favorite hotels. Very very clean and spacious rooms. Well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer. Staff and management were absolutely wonderful during my stay. Went above and beyond my expectations and really made my stay even better. Beautiful pool area, great breakfast and even a little coffee, tea and juice bar.
