It's still a Holiday Inn, and better than most hotel chains, but this location is just ok. The breakfast suffers from bad fruit, yogurt on the edge of being bad, stale muffins, and a shortage of most things. I start early, and there's been like 2 bagels, 2 English muffins, and two pieces of bread. 4 muffins, one of which I tried, and regretted. Yes, renovations appear to be in progress. This location may get better. It's just below standards that I've come to expect currently.
