  Stayed at this hotel for a night, checked in late and I have front desk opening the door to my room to ask me what room number I had and my last name?? Not sure if there just a system error, front desk has no manners can’t even knock just straight up opening my door and waking me up. The slam of the door stopper start me too. As a diamond member this was the worst experience I had in a Holiday Inn.

  I would avoid this hotel. You may be charged for an additional night beyond the night you stayed per their policy. I finished my project one day early and checked out at 7:00am on Wednesday. The clerk immediately said I will need to charge for one more night because you failed to give us 24 hours’ notice that you were checking out. I said I had never heard of that as a policy. He said it was the policy of this hotel. I said 24 hours ago I hadn’t even started the project. It wasn’t until last night (Tuesday night) that I knew I had finished the work early. He said I should have told the front desk then. I asked why? He said because someone possibly looking for a room would have been turned away. He dropped the charges but warned me that other IHG hotels have the same policy as this hotel. I am not sure I still understand the logic. He is saying that some IHG will punish customers by having them pay a night’s stay for someone else who may or may not exist but might be looking for room. I understand a policy of charging one night for cancelling a reservation the evening of check in but never have I heard of being charge an additional night stay for leaving hotel early in the morning after plans had changed. I thought the front desk clerk was mistaken but I reached out to hotel management who confirmed that this is their policy. It is a bad policy to charge customers for services they never received, especially when it is based on a hypothetical condition. Customers will always seek out the best service for the best price. This policy guarantees that customers will not return to this hotel but will seek other better options.

  I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were exactly what I needed for a stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and check-out, which went smoothly. A special shout out to the man on front desk he was so helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and main roads. Parking was also simple and stress-free. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

  Decent room, but the front desk refused to allow my companies card to pay for both me and my coworkers rooms. So I had to pay with my own money. Thats not good service, not putting the customer first. Sounded like they could do it but were too lazy. I know it can be done. Do it at every other ihg hotel and have had it done for years.

  Vara Ilam is the Best hostel I have ever experienced, she is Courteous, Kind, Funny and accommodating!!! Absolutely love her!
