- HTHenry ThibaultNov 3, 20185.0I'm a tournament bridge player, and all my partner and I need is good basic lodging with a fridge and microwave so we can save on food, which at Walmart next door. It was also close to the tournament site. We didn't care about meeting rooms, swimming pools, exercise equipment, and other frills that other people would be using and we would be helping pay for. We were delighted to get exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price that was about half or less of what some bridge players were being zinged for. It's a mom and son place, and they said that the bridge players love staying there, probably for the same reasons I always will.
