I’ve called the manager and received no response despite the power going out with no generator. The power was out for half my stay and the whole time my second night. Could not sleep at all or shower (no lights, no plugs would work, no elevator, no hot water). This is definitely an express/budget hotel Id like a refund for the 2nd night
