  Great rooms, great staff! Only complaint I have is a major chain motel/hotel should be able to negotiate a decent TV channel package, to many sports and news channels and none of the channels I can watch for free on Roku and what's available is crap. Sorry Holiday Inn Express!

  Just got back from staying here for a few days. Nice hotel in a good location. Close to everything but far enough off the busy road to be peaceful. Felt very safe. Room was very clean, the shower had great water pressure, breakfast was good and staff were very nice.

  TLDR: They kicked us out of our room at 9pm because of a mistake they made. Listen, I'm not one to complain or act like some entitled snob. Everyone has bad days but I just had to get on here and share my experience. We walked into here after driving 6+ hours, no greeting, walked up to the counter and the guy just stood there chomping on his food. I had to say "um...I'd like to check in". No eye contact from him, didn't say anything. Finally I said "it should be under (my last name)."...Still not a word. I wasn't even sure if i was being helped or ignored completely. Then after a 5-10 seconds he asked for my ID, I showed it to him. He handed me a set of key cards and didn't say anything else so i just stood there because we weren't sure where to even go, where the elevators were, what floor we were on, etc. Finally I asked "what room are we in?"...Still no answer and then i opened the key cards up and saw our room number. I walked away and thought "huh...okay well whatever. It's probably been a busy day. He's probably just having a bad day. I've been there. It happens". Didn't tell us where the pool was, work out room, nothing. We go up to our room after we found the elevators, we unpack, put all our clothes away, we find the pool, go for a swim with our 4 year old. Later that night after we put our son down to sleep (around 9pm) we get a call from the front desk (the same guy) who tells us that he put us in the wrong room by accident and that we need to pack up all our things and move to our actual room. Mind you, our 4 year old is asleep, all of our things are unpacked and put away we've been laying in the beds, we have food everywhere because we had been eating. Long story short, there was no apology, no solution, no compensation for the hassle after spending hundreds of dollars. Nothing. At this point i was furious because we had to repack all of our stuff, wake my son up, clean up the place for another family to come in and then we had to goto our new room. Again, I'm not some snobby entitled person who thinks just because we're customers that we deserve the world but i was very frustrated. Anyways, we stay the next 2 nights. When we goto check out, its a different person. Some lady wearing an apron. Again, super rude, stand offish, didn't ask how our stay was, no customer service what so ever, my son who's basically a golden retriever said "have a good day!" and she just scoffed and looked the other way. It blew my mind. I'm shocked this place has such a high score for a rating. The rooms themselves were fine but the staff were horrible. I really hope this was just some bad luck and that I just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong staff members or something cause it was shockingly bad. Would never recommend this place.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the absolute best hotel experience I’ve ever had staying here. The hotel itself was spotless from top to bottom, and you could tell cleanliness and comfort are a top priority. What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible hospitality. GM Amy Grunwald went above and beyond to make me feel like family, not just a guest, which is something you rarely experience these days. Kay at the front desk was equally amazing—so polite, helpful, and genuinely kind every time I saw her. This team sets the gold standard for customer service, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and outstanding service all in one place!
