The hotel itself was spotless from top to bottom, and you could tell cleanliness and comfort are a top priority. What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible hospitality. GM Amy Grunwald went above and beyond to make me feel like family, not just a guest, which is something you rarely experience these days. Kay at the front desk was equally amazing—so polite, helpful, and genuinely kind every time I saw her. This team sets the gold standard for customer service, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and outstanding service all in one place!

- BMBrad MertensJan 27, 20265.0Had a great stay thanks to Deswan! Had an issue with someone staying in the room upstairs from us being loud, jumping and screaming after 10:30pm. Called the desk and Deswan listened to my issue, apologized and offered to go ask the guests to keep it down. Not only that, he called our room back later to follow up and see if it was better. He then told me to call back if it became an issue again. It did and I called Deswan and not only was he apologetic and sympathetic with us he came upstairs minutes later with a key for a different room on the top floor so we wouldn’t be bothered. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels and I’ve never been treated better when bringing up an issue as Deswan did. His customer service skills are amazing and I thank him greatly for making our stay a positive one! I would stay again in a heartbeat. Along with that, the hotel is in a great location, very clean, nice rooms and a great complimentary breakfast along with hot chocolate which my kids loved. Thanks again Deswan-you’re the man! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay if in the area.
