We are located just off Interstate 41 and only minutes from Appleton International Airport (ATW). Offering free AIRPORT SHUTTLE 24 HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED 4am to 8pm, DEPARTING AND ARRIVING flights only. Confirmation number will be provided by hotel and required at time of shuttle. This hotel is perfect for business and leisure travelers. NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER PARK FLY OR PARK STAY GO PARKING AT OUR HOTEL.

I’m choosing to leave a review at this particular holiday inn, because of the EXCEPTIONAL customer service Emily provides- from day one of my very first check in! She is always friendly, always smiling, always helpful and after only 3 weeks of booking this hotel, Emily’s personality and hospitality very much give me the “home away from home” vibes, and I don’t feel like I’m just checking into another Holiday Inn. I know it seems silly- but for those of us who travel for work every week, it’s so nice to have a familiar friendly face who truly goes out of her way to make you feel at home.

Her attentiveness made the dining experience exceptional. It all made sense when the hotel GM personally visited the restaurant to ensure everything was running smoothly. A hotel truly reflects the image of its leadership, and this one does so brilliantly. Clean, friendly, and detail-oriented—well done to the entire team!
