Not only did the young woman at the front desk make sure we had the sofa, but she remember the call and mentioned it at check-in to confirm that she had us in a great room. Literally no peace and quiet and front desk kept claiming they would do something, and the only thing they offered was to switch rooms but couldn’t get another king size room or a deduction for having to downsize to a queen. Very unprofessional place. 10 other people also made complaints and nothing was done for them either. Me and my friends will never come back, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. There was only one worker who seemed to care and he was great. But other than that, horrible experience, horrible workers and horrible parents. 0/10
