  Only giving 3 stars, went for a nice relaxing night with family and go swimming hot tub was out of service and the pool railing was broken I grabbed it and it moved so only spent 5 mins in the pool cuz it hurt. Now my knee is swollen and feels likes something is wrong with it. Room and staff great!pool area not so much.

  We have stayed in the Antigo area many times over the past 30 years and stayed at all of the area hotels. We preferred the Holiday inn, but this time was different. There was a family with several young children in the room next to us. We were kept up late and woken up early with an enormous amount of noise coming from their room. When hotels require check ins that list the number of people & children why is it that they don't keep families with children separated from adult pairs? Keep the kids away from adult and single people, wouldn't that make sense? We just had a bad stay, with the kids, doors slamming, a broken toilet, lights that didn't work and an air unit that sounded like a freight train when it ran. Might have to find something a bit farther away than we like.

  I like this hotel. The room was clean There was no really loud noise at night The rooms are a bit small though. My young son and his aunt also enjoyed his stay.
