  Gloria for breakfast service was wonderful at making sure everyone had what they wanted or needed keeping food bins full & plentiful. Her kitchen crew & manager were communicating & working together very well to make it flow smoothly. Jonathan at front desk helped me with a few hiccups my reservation had, leaving me feeling seen heard & helped. They have a gated parking area which makes it feel extra safe. The girl who checked us in was helpful. We also had dinner at the hotel. Bar staff was friendly professional while managing task & customer well, good food except Queso dip was sub par nachos cheese out of a can, tho it was well presented. Good experience from start to finish. Clean comfortable nice rooms & beds. Pools was hot with people however didnt use the area.

  Hotel staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean. I called the number on there website thinking it was the actual Hotel but found out later it was Expedia. I was disappointed because I don't like Expedia. Wish they would give the actual Hotel phone number. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

  Front Desk personnel were personable and super helpful; thus, they made a good first impression and it continued to be the same throughout our visit. Lobby was airy, cheerful and uncluttered. Recent stays at Airbnb's have not met expectations shown online, plus cleanliness is subjective and I will leave it at that. We are back to AAA ratings as our guide and luckily first time out of the gate this hotel met expectations. Our room was clean, nicely appointed and was not worn out. We rented two rooms 2/27 & 2/28/26 and our stay was great (we live in the country and did not find the area outside super noisy as others have mentioned and we were over a weekend). Secure parking was a bonus and there was plenty of it). My daughter and grandchildren, in the next room (410), had loud inconsiderate neighbors upstairs the first night and next door the following night (from 408) - they got little sleep. It is not the hotels' fault people can't exercise good manners when they are out and about (so no ding here), but maybe they can check to see who was in those rooms and if they are frequent flyers or IHG members they can be flagged and managed accordingly. The popcorn was a nice treat as was lobby coffee. Pool and hot tub clean and kid friendly. Breakfast spendy, but then what isn't. Location was great, not too busy yet close to places to eat and getting around. A good experience first time out with IHG. Thanks!

  Just like most other holiday inns but this has a gated parking lot and a you pay breakfast buffet. If I didn't buy the breakfast online with my room I might not have payed separately since it's hard for me to want to get up that early for food.

  Amazing service, great amenities, and comfortable rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the room, for all the value we received. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Bonus points for having a Tesla destination charger, which is free (one of the four chargers was broken). Breakfast has a cost, but was worth buying ahead of time with the room. The restaurant's prices were quite high, but if you're an IHG member you'll be allowed to spin a wheel for a free prize; one of which was a free appetizer. We chose the BBQ chicken wings, which were actually very delicious. The location is great for quick traveling anywhere in Yakima. Highly, highly recommend.
