Though I did not stay there overnight, I was there for an event and I must say the customer service is on point even for me not being a member nor staying at the hotel. Lobby and around the hotel were super clean as well!

Ed- the mixologist at the bistro is top notch. My first visit to Yakima and he was amazing. The front desk night shift guy- I think Johnathan- was so respectful and polite. Those two made m stay 10x better than I anticipated. Highly recommend the stay. There is a gated area for vehicles too. Don’t let that scare you. I will be returning!

THE ONLY HOTEL WITHOUT BEDBUGS! So, after seeing everywhere else had them, I brought stuff to look for bed bugs here too. NOTHING!!! Incredibly clean property, check in and out was more than helpful, considering I have my service dog in training with me, and it's $50 less, while offering more. Thank you, IHG, once again.
