  This place has been nothing but trouble. We reserved a room with 5 people and expected a roll away bed. Instiwe were told that three of our kids were supposed to sleep on the super couch. We have a mix of boys and girls raging and ages from 5 to 12. There is no way we are putting all three of our kids when I pull out super couch. The lady at the front desk told us it was our responsibility to call and reserve a rollaway bed. She also said I should have known that three kids were going to sleep on the bed because it says so on the app. We did not book on the app but instead on the IHG.com website. They were eventually able to find us a rollaway bed but I am unhappy with their customer service. We will not come back here again. And we will probably not use IHG brand again either. If you cannot provide a bed for all individuals on the reservation then stop selling beds. This hotel was also full of baseball kids who thought it would be fun to run around and "ding dong" on random doors. After the third knock my husband went out and told them to knock it off. Between reservation issues, poor customer service at the front desk, and the wild kids with parents who don't seem to teach manners we will choose another brand in the future. Based on the response below this hotel chain has no desire to help the customer. The issue had nothing to do with a new staff member. This sounds like a canned BS response. Overpriced hotel who does not care about the customer.

  В чисто в комнате,приятный коллектив Молддцы!!! В номерах нет usb charger но это не критично… если приезжать на грузовике с трейлером то 100% нет… только на самом грузовике. Чисто уютно и как дома спиться

  Great service but right in the middle of several fast food places. Including Starbucks... but Dumpster trucks come early in the morning so you can hear about 9 dumpsters being picked up about 4am. If you are a heavy sleeper no big deal. Close to everything really.

  Staff was nice at first when we checked in, but our experience changed at checkout. We were about 40 minutes past checkout and the staff became rude and threatened to charge us extra immediately instead of just politely reminding us. The room was okay, but it was disappointing that the TV didn’t have Netflix and there were no convenient charging ports like most modern hotels have now. Overall the stay was average, but the checkout experience left a bad impression.
