Everything was promptly restocked while it was very busy during our stay. My only suggestion is maybe some of the doors on the 4th floor should be checked. They SLAM shut so loudly that we kept hearing it in our room during the night. It's not usually such a problem with the neighbors coming and going and we were almost at the end of the hallway.

We arrived on NYE and stayed till Jan 2nd, the hotel staff were extraordinary and ensured we were fully comfortable. Loved the heated pool and spa and the beautiful lobby space. We got to spend playing board games in the lobby upto wee hours in the morning . They offer hot breakfast, dinner and fresh baked cookies every day! Highly recommend staying here and we are sure to come back again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and location is also really good as it’s close to lots of restaurants and other shopping areas. Overall a great stay except during one night the room above us was stomping around a lot which was pretty irritating but that’s not the hotels fault.
