    We stayed here for 2 nights - 4 families w/ 8 kids and had an amazing time. We arrived on NYE and stayed till Jan 2nd, the hotel staff were extraordinary and ensured we were fully comfortable. Loved the heated pool and spa and the beautiful lobby space. We got to spend playing board games in the lobby upto wee hours in the morning . They offer hot breakfast, dinner and fresh baked cookies every day! Highly recommend staying here and we are sure to come back again.

    I enjoyed my stay here with my friend. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and location is also really good as it’s close to lots of restaurants and other shopping areas. Overall a great stay except during one night the room above us was stomping around a lot which was pretty irritating but that’s not the hotels fault.

    A very pleasant, cozy, and family-friendly place, with excellent service and very friendly staff. The kitchen staff are very attentive, especially Lili, who is a very kind and attentive person with the customers.

    OMG! I’ve been raving about the hotel and the amenities to everyone. EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS! Heidi at the front desk was beyond helpful and just a joy to engage with! They breakfast was well stocked and the staff was amazing. There’s a small but complimentary dinner offered (may only be on certain days). Then fresh cookies nightly. And a water bottle refill station. The lobby has free Pac-Man for the kids. Another game for the kids. Free hot cocoa and cider (I went in December). It was decorated very christmasy! And the streaming options in the room allowed for you to stream directly from your phone or you can watch other apps. I could not be happier with my stay! The ONLY downside is the trash truck that comes every other day at 4:55am! Even my white noise maker didn’t buffer how loud it was. And the pool was warm and welcoming! My kids and I loved it! Very family friendly. 10/10! Thanks Heidi for making our trip extra special!
