An older lady told me when I went to check in and I showed her my military ID that I don’t get government rate, as a diamond member I’m frustrated I’ve stayed here every time I’ve traveled to Wenatchee! I then pulled up the app and showed her when you click rate it says government-Military and that’s absolutely ME! I work hard for this and it’s rude to act like that. I didn’t get her name but she’s the only older women that I’ve delt with here. I thought I wrote this when it happened but didn’t. Or it was deleted.
I love this location and the rooms I just think this was uncalled for and not Hilton like! Love the bar and fire places outside.

Spoke to several people, ALL out of country! To help set up a reservation for my husband and I try to stay there, for medical purposes. They all tried to state that they need a physicians note proving that. 💯 AGAINST HIPPA LAWS! Completely illegal! First person HUNG up on me without asking my name or number (I’m assuming she had my number from caller ID) and just stated that she texted me with the number to contact. First gal was Indian, second was from England, named Sia, 3rd was Israel and could barely hear him cause he must of been outside and wind was blowing. He stated $40 more than my original reservation! Finally, he gave me the original number to the original location in Washington state! Spoke with Jayden. She said the same as they would need a physicians note. I was thinking because of out of the country they don’t know the USA laws or Washington laws, but I was wrong. She stated her supervisors name was Hailey. Well, Hailey definitely needs to do some research, go back to school or get a brain or heart. Unbelievable!

Breakfast is advertised as being available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; however, the setup did not begin until 8:15 a.m. due to staffing shortages, and no cooked-to-order options were offered. If you are traveling with family, this hotel is not recommended. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing.

The pluses: Beautiful location right on the river and close to The Pybus Market. Rooms are comfortable and fairly clean. The downsides: they charge for parking which is ridiculous for the location. It’s not like a big city hotel where parking is at a premium so charging to park seems greedy. The HVAC is noisy. I’ve stayed in a few different rooms in this hotel and the sound is comparable in all the rooms so it was not just an issue with one room. It’s great that the hotel is pet friendly but the pet fee is astronomical-$75. Check-in was okay and not welcoming at all. We checked in on Christmas night and there was not a holiday greeting or pleasant hello. It felt like the clerk was doing us a favor by letting us stay here. All in all a decent spot but be prepared to be charged for things that are already included in other local hotels of equal star rating.

I had a great experience at the Hilton, and a big part of that was thanks to Miranda behind the bar. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole atmosphere welcoming from the moment I sat down. Miranda was quick with drinks, knowledgeable about the menu, and clearly knows how to take care of her guests. You can tell she enjoys what she does, and it really shows in the service she provides. If you’re staying at the Hilton or just stopping by the bar, I highly recommend grabbing a drink from Miranda. She truly made my visit memorable.
