  I had nothing but problems with this place. They double charged me on a $50 fee, but I was refunded after I caught their ertor. I reserved 2 days, but I wanted to add an extra night. They canceled my reservation entirely , and claimed to fic it, but they didn't. I was charged another $50 fee which was never returned, and while I was waiting for a csn, the manager became really rude about it. I said there was nothing I could do about it because the cabs were an hour late, so he kicked me out into the cold. The padding under the sheet had blood on it, there was black residue on the top sheet, hardly any towels and two of the lamps didn't work. The refrigerator smelled awful and was from the 80s. The microwave was probably from the same era. Housekeeping didn't clesn my room at all, and the furniture and carpet are in desperate need of an overhaul. The bed was comfy at least. The walls were paper thin, so you could overhear ever as if you were in the same room. One couple were fighting starting in the early hours of the morning, and the other side were definitely doing adult activities and hearing them every time they used the restroom . The TV only has DirecTV, and it doesn't work well. Before I left, I took a shower and the shower handle just came right off the fixture snd scalding hot water just started shooting everywhere. I couldn't stop it. Maintenance was notified. On, their not tub wasn't working either. I will never stay here again. Good thing I bought travel insurance.

  I give 1 star because I left my small bag and theres my medicine and some stuff,I keep calling and the lady told me they don’t have it and I call again telling her check the camera please by the time we we check out and she said yes but she’s not calling me,she keep saying I well give you a call but she’s didn’t not. And one day I did call again I spoke with another lady telling me they have it and after tomorrow morning she we’ll ship me and I ask her how much I have to pay and she said don’t worry about that. And after 2 days someone called me asking my debit card because they won’t ship if I’m not giving my debit cards number. If there’s a zero I give zero no good

  Best Western has been our first choice for hotels for more than 30 years and until now have only been disappointed by one that was in Orlando Florida in 2008. We checked in around 5:30 pm on a Friday. At first glance the place appeared dated. Our room was on the second floor, and there was no elevator. The carpet on the stairway was worn and in need of a good vacuuming. The hallway carpet was equally worn. In our room there were several black stains in the worn carpet. Otherwise the room appeared to be clean, except for the black hair found in the bed. The toilet was small for a big guy and uncomfortable to sit on. The water flow was slow and had a hard time flushing solids. I had to hold the flush handle down until the solids were gone, then had to do it a second time to get everything flushed. The heater unit had no adjustment for airflow and blew directly on the chair next to it. If the chair was moved, it would blow directly on the bed. I had to shut the heat off while we watched tv and left it off while we slept. The vending machines on the second floor were out of order. Hot breakfast was supposed to be served 7:00 AM-10:00 AM We went at 9:15. There was not enough batter for a whole waffle. There was no sausage gravy left to go with the biscuits. When I asked if there was more, I was told "We don't have any more". No apology, no explanation, no concern. There were link sausages that were lukewarm and had been there a while, and there were scrambled eggs that were pretty tasteless. The orange juice dispenser was out of order. No one was cleaning the tables after they had been used, We had to clean the table ourselves. We both ate sausage and eggs, and my wife ate the half waffle. Ther were two tables in a sunroom where we ate. There was a tarp covering part of the room where the there was a leak and a bad repair job. As we were leaving, there were two people waiting at the front desk, and when we walked out we saw the desk agent sitting outside smoking. About 7 hours later we both came down with sudden diarrhea. I can't say for sure that the sausage and eggs caused the diarrhea, but the only thing we ate after that were some potato chips and a protein bar during our five 5 hour drive home This place is not up to the usual Best Westen standards, and we will not be back. There is a Best Western Plus just up the street a bit, we will stay there next time we visit Wenatchee.

  DO NOT ORDER PACKAGES TO THIS HOTEL. My Amazon package was stolen by staff and after I asked for it they told me they didn’t have it. 2 days later it showed up in a different box and opened. Thief’s run this place apparently so keep your valuables safe. Rooms and parking were great.
