Breakfast was good, but staff couldn't keep up - partially because a large family was packing up dozens of muffins, eggs, and sausage for later. Reported it, but management refused to do anything about it.

We were so thankful after driving 24 hours they accommodated us to check in early. They greeted us with a warm smile and treats for Bear (our dog). The hotel was emaculate from the downstairs bathroom, the hallways and evenour room. We will be back to the Avid hotels!!!

She claimed that we told her too , and even saw us leave I told her why would we leave our stuff at the hotel? If we were checking out?she quickly tried to blame housekeeping. We had to leave that night with 3 kids back to Oregon confused and upset. She seriously needs to re take management classes.
- LYLeon YamDec 9, 20251.0This was my first visit to Leavenworth, and I stayed at Avid by Wenatchee. Check-in went well — the staff was friendly, and I got a room on the third floor. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was very disappointing. When we first walked into our room, there was a strong unpleasant smell that we couldn’t quite figure out. Later that night, when my wife and I got into bed, we realized what it was — the previous guests had spilled coffee on the bed, and instead of properly cleaning it, housekeeping had simply covered it with a new bedsheet. The smell was terrible and made the room very uncomfortable to stay in. To make things worse, when we returned to the hotel around 9:30 PM, the parking lot was completely full. Some cars were parked across two spots, and there was no control or enforcement. The staff told me to park in the next lot over, which meant a long, cold walk back to the hotel. Then, once we finally got to our room, there was loud stomping and jumping coming from the room above us for hours, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The front desk staff was kind, but poor housekeeping, lack of parking, and noise issues really ruined the experience. Definitely not what I expected from an Avid hotel.
