  The stay was alright overall, so 3/5 feels fair. I’m in town for work, and the room was comfortable enough for what I needed. Honestly, the fitness center was one of the better parts of the stay. It was nice to see dumbbells going up to 50 lbs, which is more than a lot of hotels offer. A couple things did bug me though. The bathroom faucet is way too close to the sink, which makes washing your hands kind of annoying because your hands keep touching the inside of the basin, and that feels pretty gross. Also, there really weren’t any snack options by the front desk. Outside of breakfast hours, the only hot food option was basically a cup noodle, which isn’t great if you get in late from work and want something quick. One plus about the location is that El Agave is right across the street and is definitely a must stop if you’re staying here. Not a bad place, just a few small things that kept it from being a better stay.

  Stayed here a few days during a convention. Service was great. Xtra pillows and coffee brought to room.

  First off let me say our concierge Ashley. Absolutely outstanding with top tier customer service skills. We booked a suite with king bed. Dropped off our gear and headed to dinner. Took in a moive then headed back. Once in our room found out our t.v. didn't work. Ashley mad every effort to get it working. In the end she gave us a new room. She was such a professional. Thank you so much Ashley. The light in the elevator was out. So it was dark inside. I thought it was pretty cool. The place is in a good location. It was so quiet during our stay. Both our rooms 😆 were clean and comfortable.

  Everything was fine EXCEPT for the bed. I tried several different pillows (there were 8 in the room). Maybe if the pillows didn't look like couch throw pillows and were more like real bed pillows, I would have been more comfortable. The water pressure in the showers is AWESOME! I would stay there again. 🙂

  I had such a wonderful experience checking in, thanks to Gigi! From the moment I arrived, she was infectiously cheerful, professional, and genuinely helpful. Her warm personality immediately made me feel welcome after a long day of travel. She handled everything efficiently while still taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear she truly cares about providing great service, and her positive attitude really set the tone for my visit. The hotel is lucky to have her at the front desk!
