I would like to share my experience staying at this hotel, which I booked through Expedia. It is a budget-friendly property with a pool/hottub and breakfast included. What initially attracted me was that the hotel is new. We arrived in the evening, and we were quickly given our keys. Our room was on the first floor, with a car wash view right next to the room , just a few rooms away from the pool and gym area. At that point, it already became clear that there would likely be a chlorine smell coming into the room. The room itself was small, neat, clean, and everything felt new and fresh. Beds are comfortable . However, unfortunately, this is where the positives mostly end. The main issue was ventilation. After showering, all the steam remains in the room because the ventilation does not turn on and the window cannot be opened. As a result, the room quickly becomes like a “sauna.” There is an air conditioner, which helps a bit, but it is impossible to leave it on overnight as it is positioned very close to the bed and blows directly onto your face. There was also a noticeable chlorine smell coming from the corridor, especially in the evening. In the morning, we woke up due to the smell of breakfast being served right in the hallway near the rooms. Sound insulation is weak — at night and early in the morning, we could clearly hear people talking while passing by our room, which made it difficult to rest properly. Breakfast is typical for a budget hotel: fried potatoes, powdered scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal (with options for children), fresh apples and bananas. You can also make toast with jam or cream cheese. In the lobby, drinking water is available at any time (you can refill bottles), and coffee and hot chocolate are also available throughout the day. The pool is compact, but it also has some issues. Ventilation in the pool area is not very good, and it can feel slightly slippery around the pool. There are no proper drainage channels for water from the walkways, so water tends to accumulate and flow back toward the pool and jacuzzi area. When sitting in the jacuzzi, water overflows and mixes with water coming from the surrounding areas where people walk in shoes, which raises some concerns about cleanliness. Fresh towels are available for guests. If this is the only hotel ac available , I might consider staying again. However, in the future I would prefer more established and experienced hotel brands.

Probably the most clean and modern hotel I have ever e stayed at in Washington state. Everything was great about the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Navigating the hotel was easy. It was quiet enough even though it is off a Main Street. The gym had more to offer than the typical workout room. The breakfast was open early and had a full variety. It was hot and fresh. The pool was clean and kept up. I would stay here again when I am in Wenatchee.

I stayed at the avid hotel for 5 nights for work. Have since found hotles with better pricing. Apon arrival the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean. They also have a nice indoor pool, hot tu, and gym. The breakfast was also good. On the 2nd night the fire alarms went off at 12am in the morning. Strob lights and loud sirens. Was very disorienting and obnoxious for a fire alarm. Went to the front desk and the bigger guy with crazy hair (dont remember his name) asked if he could help me which was odd considering the whole hotel was going crazy. Was told someone had a smoke machine in their room and has been removed from the property. The fire alarms amd strobe lights went off for over an hour so couldn't go back to sleep. Got about 3 hours of sleep that night then had to work a 12 hour day. Also the tv didnt work and I hate the new energy saving crap where you have to put your key card in the wall bcuz then you end up forgetting the key in the wall and locking yourself out of the room every time you leave. Other then that the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. My garbage was taken out and my bed was made every day when I got back to work. Wouldn't stay there again.

Nothing fancy but also nothing grubby either. I would prefer a glass drinking vessel, not plastic, but that is me. 2 queen size beds, TV, wifi and a simple bathroom. The shower floor is slippery, so they provide a mat to use. I could not find the bath mat this morning so I used a towel. I will look harder when I return to the room tonight. I have no complaints for a mere $66.50 per night plus taxes and the usual fees.
