  they were paid 2 weeks in advance; still demanded credit card for undisclosed sum for "incidentals. Had to wait 15 min at front desk for desk clerk to arrive and check us in. We were told breakfast at 6 am; showed up at 6;15 , grabbed some coffee; got bitched out by some Mexican lady who claimed open at 6;30 am; tiniest bathroom ever; world class hotel ; I think not

  The facilities require maintenance; the curtains are worn, the shower water takes a long time to heat up, and the lighting is poor, although everything indicates that renovations have begun. The service is very good and it's very clean.

  I've stayed here before with my dog, but the man behind the desk, his name is Brandon, and there's gentlemen was very condescending, and did not trust the word I was saying to him, and was content on letting me just walk away even though i've stayed there many times before what the same dog!!! There's a beautiful park adjacent to this property, and it's dog friendly!!!

  We have been staying here for years, the desk staff has always greeted us by name, very friendly, even the girl that use to be in the breakfast area was amazing we loved her! HOWEVER, after we had a great check in lastnight cought up with the staff as it has been two months since I've been in town. This morning the "Manager" decided that since my 2 grandchildren came and stayed as they always had before with no issues that we needed to "get rid of the kids or leave" EXCUSE ME, these two children are 5 & 3 and were not at all a issue, they didnt eat the breakfast, infact the new lady in there was spraying so much bleach one of the kids threw up. Long story short being a Diamond select member for over 10 years, staying at Best Westerns 50 plus times a year, this person called the police and had my sister and I and 4 children ages 6,6,5 and 3 escorted off the property and said he was going to have me ban from the Best Western Chain all together. I believe due to this person's actions I will be looking for a new company to give our business to. I advise anyone thinking of staying here to find another location, you will regret staying here.

  The Worst western, I know businesses need to perform construction at times, but they should really let you be aware of that before booking the room. When we checked in, they put us right next to the room that had the most noise and construction instead of trying to put us in a room that might be a little farther removed could not sleep horrible headache hoping to get a little rest before we went out for the evening that did not happen. And then only to find out that there was no hot water. It was warm but nowhere near hot enough to enjoy a shower or bath, talking to management They said it was due to the construction. I said I wish I had known that before I booked, the next day the same issue with the warm water talked to another representative who asked me when did I want to check out as if that was a remedy for the problem we were having. The manager Brian was probably the rudest and most unprofessional business representative I have ever talked to, he actually had the audacity to tell me it was my responsibility to call the hotel before we arrived to see if there was any issues with the hotel that we might want to be aware of I’ve never heard that one before. Several times, he continued being rude enough to ask us if we wanted to check out because of those issues instead of trying to resolve them and make good on our reservation. Be very careful before you book your room here there are definitely better choices.
