  I'm a single father with two kids and I drove here to Walla Walla to spend time with him and look for houses. The Indian woman behind the desk who apparently is the owner said the total would be 80 to $82 total after tax and come to find out today the day after that I'm being charged $97. I feel very hurt by this and basically lied to my face when it was much cheaper to book online and I was about to do that but she gave the discount instead but apparently didn't give it at all: ( Currently not to be trusted and hope she rectifies this and I'll change the review: (

  Our family’s recent stay was extremely disappointing and upsetting. After my children ate the waffles from the hotel’s breakfast, they became sick shortly afterward with what appeared to be food poisoning. I reached out to management to express my concern — not to argue, but to alert them in case there was a food safety issue that could affect other guests. Instead of responding with empathy or professionalism, both the manager and the owner called me yelling. They insisted there was “no way” the breakfast could have caused it because the hotel was “at max capacity and no one else complained.” That kind of dismissive and defensive response is completely unacceptable, especially when the health of children is involved. I was shocked by how poorly this situation was handled — no concern for guest safety, no willingness to investigate, and absolutely no accountability. The lack of professionalism and compassion from management speaks volumes. I sincerely hope this hotel takes a hard look at its food safety practices and customer service standards, because no guest — especially a family with children — should ever be treate

  Meh. Small. Cheapy. Room needs help. Our room was stinky. The chairs arms were rubbed off and flakey. The lamps power outlets were dangling and look like they had been glued many times. Wet spot on floor by fridge. Will not stay here again unfortunately
