The valet and bell attendant were professional, welcoming, and quick to assist, immediately setting the tone for our stay. Once inside, we were greeted with such a warm, hospitable energy. Every interaction felt genuine. The staff was attentive in a way that made us feel truly cared for, not just processed through check-in. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. The hotel itself has a sophisticated feel without being stuffy. Everything was clean, polished, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-kept. It was obvious they care about the details. We also spent time at the restaurants inside the hotel, and they did not disappoint. Whether we were at the rooftop at Witness Tree or enjoying the atmosphere at The Liquor Cabinet, the service remained consistent which were attentive, friendly, and warm. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that feels both elevated and personal.

Valet on post out front opened and held the doors for everyone entering and existing the property. A great place for professionals, and a good place in general.
- TPTony PuleoJan 27, 20261.0This is a high end hotel with an excellent staff.. everyone is friendly and welcoming. My issue is the hotel itself is NOT handicapped friendly. I had a ADA room because of limited mobility issues. The shower had a 8 inch step to get in and no hand rails at all. The sink was regular and not ADA. The toilet was low and again no handrails. They insult you by having a handicapped bathroom across the hall from my room. I did write an email to the property about these issues, but as of today it’s been a week and never received a reply. I hope this review helps others with disabilities, or the hotel makes changes. Again, the staff is great and the hotel itself is nice. They are dog friendly just not handicapped friendly.
