Very hard to find your room, multiple buildings and room numbers don’t match the floors. Room 248 is on third floor of building 3!!!!!!! This is a maze and difficult to deal with.

Carlee handled an uncomfortable conversation with calm, clear communication and zero defensiveness. She apologized, explained the situation, secured a room at the nearby Courtyard, coordinated the handoff, and made sure I was squared away. As an expert in workplace civility (and a bit of a “Behavior Detective”), I notice tone, ownership, and follow-through. Carlee modeled all three—class, professionalism, and a solution-first mindset. Glitches happen; what matters is how people handle them. Carlee handled this beautifully. Thank you.

I have stayed here twice and I would stay again. It is close proximity to safe walking at night with a couple restaurants and coffee across the street. It's also walkable to the downtown Vancouver Waterfront area, which is full of good eats and treats!
