Professional, gracious service — Carlee turned a stressful hiccup into a great stay
I arrived to learn my reserved room wasn’t available and needed to be relocated. Carlee handled an uncomfortable conversation with calm, clear communication and zero defensiveness. She apologized, explained the situation, secured a room at the nearby Courtyard, coordinated the handoff, and made sure I was squared away.
As an expert in workplace civility (and a bit of a “Behavior Detective”), I notice tone, ownership, and follow-through. Carlee modeled all three—class, professionalism, and a solution-first mindset. Glitches happen; what matters is how people handle them. Carlee handled this beautifully. Thank you.

I really love this hotel layout. It's like having a small apartment away from home while doing business. There is a large fridge and comfortable sitting area. I have stayed here twice and I would stay again. It is close proximity to safe walking at night with a couple restaurants and coffee across the street. It's also walkable to the downtown Vancouver Waterfront area, which is full of good eats and treats!

Wow, what an amazing experience so far. Jessica I. Sales too care of me. I had some communication issues with my ex and we didn’t book super early. I contacted Jessica and she handled it in minutes, sent me a reservation confirmation and boom done. That is what I call customer service: I run a business and I understand, “if you don’t have a customer, you don’t have a business. So take care of them. Listen to their needs and to everything you can to help achieve that without giving away the profit of course.” Thanks Jessica for making the experience so easy.

Horrible experience! To keep this short as possible. They double charged my family and I for two nights and refused to do anything to refund the money. My kids missed the 4th of July holiday because of this hotel!! Manager was to nonchalant about the situation.

I paid for a two room king suite with a fireplace. Only one room had a king bed in it. There was no fireplace and all of the TVs didn’t work and the hotel staff were unable to repair them. I am highly dissatisfied with this place recommend nobody comes here.
