She was very accommodating to us and our needs! I would like to give Zhella an overall thank you for the amazing experience! Zhella and Lupe made my stay so easy and transitional! It felt as if I was at home! The cleanliness of the entire hotel was stunning! This is the first time I’ve walked into a Holiday Inn Express and it was just spotless! The breakfast was pretty tasty! All I have to say is, keep up with the amazing work! I’ll definitely be back!

The reception staff is cool and helpful and quick. The deposit is only $25!!! I loved the pool and the spa!!! Their hot continental breakfast is good. Even a pancake machine. I love the cereal, yogurt and fruit but there are cinnamon rolls even! Maybe I'll try one tomorrow in the am ^•^ The room is updated and comfy. Big light uo mirror in the bathroom and walk in shower.I love the king bed with their bomb pillows. 2 firm, 2 soft. Lines are soft. Modern and clean. Good lighting. A desk, nice chair!! And touch lamp!! 2 side tables, my room had a chaise lounge and an additional small table. Feels like home! Good room layou5. Wardrobe with ironing board. Keurig, mini fridge (kinda noisy, but that's how they are) and a microwave! The room was nearly spotless, I just had to wipe down the microwave it had smudges and counter by the coffee there was a tiny bit of somebody's lunch 🫢 I think the staff got distracted or something because my pillows were on the chaise lounge, and I put the covers on lol and there was a bleach bottle in the bathroom. Some cheeto crumbs under the fridge area. BUT! THEIR BATHROOMS ARE BASICALLY IMMACULATE WHICH I APPRECIATE SO MUCH. The floor in the entry needed to be mopped, but wasnt totally dirty I could just tell it had been forgotten. But like I said, honestly these rooms are cozy and updated and the shower is a walk in with glass doors and a nice shower head with multiple settings. Ive been a professional cleaner before so I honestly have a laser eye for housekeeping and just expect alot from hotels, they are expensive and a treat! You know? Hospitality and cleanliness and upkeep are important. I was a last minute reservation so its possible that had something to do with my room being slightly unfinished ♡ needless to say, I'd stay here again! A king bed is so wild i love it! I paid for a queen but they upgraded me!! Thank you! Sleep like a princess for sure!! Thank you holiday inn express! Everything i need to feel at home! Stoked to use the fitness room tomorrow and enjoy breakfast. Plus, fresh ground coffee in the AM too!! Hallelujah, thank you Jesus! God bless you!
