The television channel names are incorrect and do not line up with the actual channels. There is no bathtub; only a shower. The shower had obvious dings in it that had not been repaired or even painted over with a $10 bottle of paint. The lack of basic maintenance is appalling. This is a pure cash grab.

I had to call IHG and get it rebooked! Glory to God I noticed that the points points I had booked my room with had been redeposited into my account or I could have not had a room.When we arrived about 8pm.The Internet was Down. Room 127 that they first assigned us was Not clean.Bed Not made and dirty towels in the sink etc... They gave us another room 202.It had a bug climbing around on the ceiling.Room is showing some ware.The handicapped shower had a big crack in the wall of the shower.Also the bathroom sink water spicket is loose.And Toilet paper roll handle was missing a screw and it was loose also.....
