    I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Vancouver. The location is secluded and quiet. When walking in, the front desk receptionist greeted me and was very kind. The check in process was super quick and while looking around the lobby and dining area, it was very clean. The hotel and my room were completely spotless. Not a piece of dust in sight. The housekeepers were so kind and maintained my room throughout my entire 2 week stay. The breakfast shocked me as I didn’t think they would provide so many different options. The food tasted amazing and I just couldn’t get enough of the omelettes. Checking out was a complete breeze. I was upset leaving because I felt I was treated like a queen while here. I come to Vancouver often for business and personal trips and will be only staying at this hotel from now on.

    I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, and the general manager was especially wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was good, and the woman working in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and welcoming. Housekeeping was extremely quick anytime I needed more towels. Every time I came back to my room at the end of the day, it looked freshly deep-cleaned. I would absolutely stay here again.

    Unfortunately, we are members and have been for years and I’ve never been so disappointed in the Holiday Inn as I’ve been in this one I feel like I’m a good customer I do my due diligence before I book a hotel room I called down. I spoke to the front desk of the hotel. I asked if everything was up and running. They lied, straight face lied don’t believe anybody in this hotel. No one knows anything they all play stupid I feel like I’m dealing with my children all over again. Nobody said it nobody did it. Nobody knows anything it’s ridiculous. I was told everything was. Functioning properly the pool was as cold as it could be. There was no heat in that pool. And so when I went to the front desk, they told me that the heater was broken in it, and it had been for some days so the person that answered the phone lied straight to my face so when I checked out, I mentioned again that I was so unhappy and the guy told me that I was crazy and the pools functioning. Normally I told him to get up come with me let’s go feel it and I want him to jump in So after we walked to the pool, and he felt the freezing cold water, he said oh it’s too bad that’s not the response you want to get after you’ve been told everything has been up and running highly disappointed in the hotel. Staff don’t like people that pass the buck and don’t take responsibility for anything. Highly recommend never staying at this hotel they’re not trustworthy they should not have the Holiday Inn name.!!!!!!

    Reward points expire even after you paid for more points. Paid for something i didnt receive. Terrible experience with this hotel chain. Customer service is terrible. Corporate treats customers terrible. DON'T STAY AT THIS CHAIN AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT CHEATS THEIR CUSTOMERS.
