We were exhausted, hungry and on the verge of tears. Crystal was sympathetic, and SO helpful. She said we could get pizza delivery, store our frozen food in their freezer and she booked us a room, which was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with bacon, eggs, pastries etc. Because of Crystal, our difficult evening suddenly turned out perfectly.
