On site, Grays Coffee opens at 6:00am and Proudly Serves Starbucks Coffee and fresh baked pastries. The hotels newly renovated on-site modern urban pub restaurant, Grays, serves Northwest cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a comfortable, casual setting. Happy Hour is served Monday - Friday from 4pm to 6pm. Hotel guests receive complimentary access to the business center, the state-of-the art work out facility, indoor swimming pool and whirlpool. The Hilton Vancouver Washington is the first LEED and Green Seal Certified Hotel in the world.     I wanted to personally thank Kat who was one of my servers this weeks at the conference. She went above and beyond to get me a sweet snack on the first day. I also want to thank Tric for her service during the luncheon making sure self and the guest got enough to eat that was gluten free. Finally thank you Pancho and Paula for letting me know what I could eat during the closing reception. You and the rest of the staff did an amazing accommodating my dietary needs!

    I was here for work, Javier at the front desk greeted us right as we walked in.. Decided to have lunch at Grays. All the staff at GRAYS were amazing, I was greeted with a warm smile by Beverly. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I had the pleasure to be served by David, he is very knowledgeable about the products, and his service is awesome and friendly. Highly recommend, wonderful experience overall. Everyone worked wonderful together and it made it a great overall experience.

    I would like to give a shout out to several of the staff at the Downtown Hilton in Vancouver, WA. Austin is part of the engineering team. Although the issues with our climate control were not resolved ( we eventually were given another room) Austin approached the task with good humor and a warm disposition. He also went the extra mile to research some questions I had about resources in Vancouver. He definitely did more than the job required, and we appreciated his efforts! In Gray's Restaurant, the staff was also incredibly helpful. We had many questions about living in Vancouver. Sara spent the most time with us, talking about the different neighborhoods, the history, and what opportunities there are in Vancouver and Portland. Then, Luella and David also spent time talking to us, adding to the wealth of information. Not only was it useful and helpful information, all three were delightful to talk to. We greatly appreciated the time they spent, their opinions and suggestions, and their enthusiasm. A big thanks to all of them!

    Debora G. Was our Server last Friday 2/13 to celebrate my birthday. She was great!! Made us feel like we were all friends and family. Gray’s is our go to place for Birthdays. Thank you so much Debora for creating a wonderful memorable experience for us.

    I was at a Longshore conference @ the Vancouver location & the service was above & beyond I want to personally thank Delilah,Damian,Eric, Emily,Antony & Tica for all the great service @ breakfast & Lunch that was provided & reorganizing the conference room. Thanks again for everything
