This contemporary styled hotel offers 226 standard guest rooms which includes 10 suites. They are exceptionally furnished with complimentary WiFi, working desk, mini-refrigerator and LCD TV. The hotel is located 11 miles from Portland Int’l Airport and within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. On site, Grays Coffee opens at 6:00am and Proudly Serves Starbucks Coffee and fresh baked pastries. The hotels newly renovated on-site modern urban pub restaurant, Grays, serves Northwest cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a comfortable, casual setting. Happy Hour is served Monday - Friday from 4pm to 6pm. Hotel guests receive complimentary access to the business center, the state-of-the art work out facility, indoor swimming pool and whirlpool. The Hilton Vancouver Washington is the first LEED and Green Seal Certified Hotel in the world.     Amazing service at the restaurant when I went for diner. Sonia was my waiter and she did a great job with my food and drink order. Smiley polite and professional she made a difference tonight that I was tired and hungry.

    Gray’s restaurant is always a treat, but today was extra special because we got to see our friend David again who always does a great job and is super friendly. We always look forward to coming in and enjoying the very clean and well run restaurant. And oh, by the way, the food was great as always.

    Came here for the dance convention and the service is great! First time seen at a convention, they even setup a Dancer’s Retreat lounge with drinks and snacks! Thank you for looking after our dancers. Got the top floor, west facing! Beautiful views up here! Street meter parking $1.75 hr but free after 6pm and lots around!

    Everyone who works here is so kind with an incredible focus on customer service. We were here for a basketball tournament with lots of kids in tow and the staff was so sweet…especially Tanya (who found toys my daughter left at breakfast and made sure they were returned to us) and Sonia at the restaurant who was so understanding and accommodating of our big group!

    I have honestly had the best experience with your staff! First it started with your front desk staff. Literally took the time to walk through the app and add 2 more nights stay with points. Doesn’t seem like much but she didn’t have to do that and there was a line. I appreciated it and now I’m here for another 2 nights in an amazing room with a balcony. I can’t remember her name but blonde with an accent and super nice. 12/16. Then! I met Sara in the bar. What a fantastic human being and just a ray of sunshine with a twist. Not only helped me get a seat in the bar area before they opened because I needed a quiet place to work asap but then amazing service, conversation and hospitality! Then I pushed it some. I asked for help with questions for my date tonight. Where should I go, do, etc. she sat with me and developed an entire plan which I very much appreciated not being from the area. She didn’t have to do that. Funny part is I bought flowers off the homeless guy out front and what did Sara do? She found paper to wrap them, put them in water and found a bag for the petals. So above and beyond! I only stay here at this hotel every time I come to Portland for business. I will continue that and now I will make a point to make additional trips. Thank you Sara and thank you Hilton! I appreciate you!
