Going through a renovation so, a lot of services like the Restaurant and Bar are closed. Very noisy and can hear anyone walking down the hallway. In addition l was having to go to and from the hospital all night long. Got locked out and the night person was asleep at the desk and I had to bang on the outside window while I was freezing for 5 minutes before he woke up and let me in and then wanted my ID even though I had been doing this for 3 days and had a key. Horrible night person. I complained thinking they would do something about. No he was there yesterday morning at 0400. I checked out and moved to the Heathman Lodge. Cheaper, much better service and they actually have a housekeeping department that works. I took some photos of the place and one of their workers told me that I had to delete them. WTH? Anyone that wants to can see them. Shame on you Hilton. I am going to let our travel company know why I will never be booked in that property again and recommend that they blacklist it The prices they show online aren't accurate at all. They didn't put on all their 'fees' and it was than higher than the Heathman Lodge. If you book thru a third party and you aren't happy, good luck getting your money back.

I stayed here for business and would not recommend this hotel. The property is undergoing extensive renovations (which I was told have been ongoing for over a year), and the lobby, bar, and restaurant areas were torn up and completely non-operational.
My room was on the second floor, which staff indicated was “95% renovated,” but it did not reflect that description. There were visible rips in the walls, dented trim, and a broken light fixture, among other issues. The room felt unfinished, with minimal furniture and no decor.
Additionally, the full-length curtains covered the heating unit. I had to tuck them above the unit to prevent blocking the heat, which then left gaps in the window coverage.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve experienced.

We recently spent Valentine's Day and my birthday at this hotel, which is currently undergoing extensive renovations. Fortunately, our weekend stay was not significantly impacted by the construction, as there appeared to be no workers on site. Although our room had been recently renovated, there were still some notable deficiencies, including inadequate lighting in the center of the room and extremely small quarters. The maintenance staff, in particular, one older gentleman, displayed a concerning lack of courtesy and professionalism in his interactions with guests. Conversely, Jessica and Rene provided exceptional customer service, making our stay somewhat more enjoyable. Additionally, we observed that the late-night staff member, Josh, often seemed to be sleeping at the front desk, requiring guests to rouse him for assistance. It is also worth noting that breakfast is not included, and the gift shop offers items at relatively high prices.would we stay here again absolutely not!…

The showers suck and you have to pay for the terrible continental breakfast $13 per person (they don’t tell you this) and it’s not cooked to order just same spread as you would expect! Beds were ok and pool was open until midnight… only reason for any stars
