There was mold all over the bathroom and the lampshades looked like holes had been burnt through them when I showed front desk they told us sorry and was told to email pictures over where I was told id then be reimbursed $30 which they did but then right after was charged that same $30. Its been quite the go around with this situation when I should have just gotten my money back for the amount of mold that was in the room. Never again will I stay here id recommend going anywhere else but here.

No roaches. The mattress appeared clean. The employee that checked us in was not rude. Can't say anything else positive. We booked directly through the hotel website and there was no mention of the ongoing construction. The first thing we saw exiting the elevator was a dirty plunger and plaster dust that stayed there our whole visit. Our rooms were freezing when we arrived. There we visible stains on the comforter. There was very sparse furniture(one office chair in our king- bed room and bare walls, so our voices carried more than usual. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, despite smelling strongly of fresh paint. The bathroom floor was sticky. There was only one washcloth, and no extras(make-up removing toweletts, rip pillowcase) There wasn't even a channel guide for the TV. We got two bottles of water per room(total of 4 for 5 "guests "as a "thanks" for putting up the undisclosed construction.

Oh my god! Fine enough hotel, but due to their remodel everything smelled insanely caustic. We transferred rooms once to get farther away from the active remodel, but the new room also smelled terrible. Visually nice enough hotel, but they are not ready to have guests at this time. If they insist on staying open for guests, they should run some ozone machines or something to get rid of the chemical smell. The only saving grace is that the fumes probably helped me fall asleep faster than usual… desperation while traveling late at night was the only thing that convinced me to sleep there.

I had to stay here for work travel or i would’ve cancelled my reservation immediately. The elevator was down so all guests had to carry their luggage up the stairs. The first two floors were under renovation. My room had a moldy odor and also reeked of insecticide. The bathrooms were covered in mold and the sheets were covered in dirt. Far from a 3-star experience.
