Booked a 4 night hotel and requested a quiet room due to being up here for school testing. 2 out of the 4 nights we had kids running up and down the hall screaming and banging on the walls late. Nothing was done at all for it horrible . But if you do have kids this is the place for you for your kids to act like monkeys. Better off to go to a cheaper hotel and get more peace and quite then spend alot of the rooms so be in a circus

Today was our 3rd time staying at this location in the last month, but it will likely be the last. I had our privacy sign on the door. We went out for the afternoon and came back to notice the staff had been in our room without any notification or permission. We have stayed here for longer periods of time where this did not occur but I guess the staff needed something to do today so they came into the room unannounced. They have our cell phones, why didn't I get a call? I don't appreciate it and this is unacceptable to me.

A month later, I'm still angry at what happended to me at this hotel. I was reserved for 5 nights. Day 4 I took my comforter to the front desk and asked for a new one since there was a small palm sized spot on the one I had. An hour later I get a call from the front desk and all she said, "my general manager says you need to leave the hotel immediately." No explanation as to why. I went to the front desk and asked what happened. She says the comforter was soiled and I need to leave. I told her it was a small spot. After all, this company is in the industry of providing bedding... I'm sure they run into things spilled on bedding all the time. She then says, "I took pictures of the comforter." Then asks me "Do you have dogs? "... which tells me she didn't know if I had dogs. I said yes, two service dogs. Then she proceeds to say that's she's received several complaints of them barking. I had been there 4 days and this is the first I'm hearing about it. I told her they are service dogs and they are trained not to bark and she is more than welcome to come to the room door and listen. She refused and says I need to leave now.
I have never been more offended and I'm an executive that travels all over the country. The interesting twist to this story is.... the day before I was in the breakfast nook and this same employee came up to two elderly people eating and says the same thing to them, that they need to leave the hotel immediately because their dog was barking. This poor elderly couple were in the middle of eating and she could wait for them to finish before confronting them and to do it publicly in front of others. I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again!!!

The room I had when the wind would blow it would come through the ac unit and whistle. The plumbing makes it seam that there is a active flood in the bathroom. The walls are VERY thin in all directions!!!

Staff is nice but rooms can be a hit or miss. We had two different rooms for our ten day stay. First room was good but had noisy neighbors with kids. Second room had some quirks where the bathroom door would pop when closed and sink handle was stiff to operate. Breakfast staff was great and location puts it near a lot of food joints and grocery stores
