During my stay, I needed to cancel my last day because I was unable to stay, and the staff was extremely unhelpful and dishonest, telling me there was nothing they could do, which later proved to be untrue. On top of that, my Apple earphones were left at the hotel. I contacted them the very next day and can clearly prove—using tracking—that the earphones were inside the hotel. Despite this, the staff said they were not there and showed no interest or effort in helping me recover them. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I also felt uncomfortable with the way I was treated, as the behavior came across as discriminatory and lacking basic respect. Overall, this hotel showed a serious lack of integrity, customer service, and accountability. I would not recommend staying here.

My friend’s expensive Apple earphones were lost at the hotel and were clearly being tracked inside the property, yet the staff refused to help or cooperate. When we contacted lost and found, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.
