This location had recently been renovated so we had a nice stay, it’s right off the freeway, close to a Fred Meyer and a bunch of food options. Dog friendly! Thanks!

As a Best Western Rewards Diamond Level member I made a reservation through the Best Western Rewards website for 5 nights. We made the reservation the night before arrival we arrived early (2pm) the next day and were told that there was a fee for early check in. The place was neat,clean and empty and the desk staff were sitting with nothing to do. As diamond members we are often given early check in privileges. I checked asked the manager was told no. I called the rewards department and they said the location made the decision they called the manager and she refused.
I was frustrated but feel that I remained polite she was not. I finally told her that I didn’t feel like I could give her hotel a good review and she told me that I was threatening her and eventually told me that the conversation was over. I decided to pay the early check in fee and paid for one night and canceled the rest of my stay, I went to my car and talked with my wife and we realized that we did not feel comfortable with staying under those conditions. I could be accused of misusing the room etc., so I retuned to the front desk asked for a refund was denied We surrendered our keys and left with out even entering the room. I was aware that the reservation was technically non refundable but once again as Members we have often been worked with as a courtesy if a problem arises.
I understand that everyone has a bad day but the manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful.
Every stay as a best western rewards member receives a survey upon checkout. I did not receive a survey from this hotel. I wonder why?
I can’t feel good about this situation. I know there are policies but I also know that there was room for politeness and customer satisfaction.
I have tried to be factual and fair in this review.
Bottom line it was a horrible experience.

Updated rooms or at least the one I was in. Only negative was the water pressure in the shower, but it wasn't that bad.
