  I booked the hotel through booking.com and i paid more for the breakfast. at first when I checked in, the receptionist was busy with phone calls. when she check me in, she just ask my ID, after that she didn’t explain anything about the hotel just gave me a paper and the card keys and she continue to respond a phone call coming. The bathroom door is sliding door. The door stuck halfway, and every time we close the sliding door it would open slowly until it half way. In the morning we go down for the breakfast, bcs yesterday she didint explain anything and didn’t give me the voucher for the breakfast so the staff from kitchen asked us about the voucher, bcs I didn’t get it so I straight went to front desk to ask about the voucher. I asked the front desk for the voucher but the front desk said we have to pay, I told the front desk we did pay, but she persistently said I don’t pay the breakfast so I had to go back to the room to get my phone to prove it, rather than she can check in the system. And I showed her the receipt from my email to receptionist, she just silent not even say sorry to me. Why do I have to argue for just some vouchers ? That’s so disappointing! Luckily, The kitchen staff is super nice and accommodating, that’s a plus. Swimming pool is indoor, it was nice but the hot tub was not working, so no bubble just hot water. I absolutely wouldn’t come back to this hotel, we rather get regular best western or plus.

  Two nights stay to help a family member in Vancouver with yardwork. Very convenient location for us, quiet area (but not some of the other guests ...), easy to get to, ample parking.

  This was hands down one of the worst stays I had. The lady at the front desk was clueless and doubled charge me things. When I called back to address it she couldn’t even find my stay when I literally just checked out. To make matters worse is the hold for incidentals they put on your card is suppose to be released at checkout. Well I had to go to my bank to dispute it because I waited almost 2 weeks with nothing. When checking out the lady at the front desk didn’t help at all so we put a key in a box and hoped that was what we were suppose to do since she kept looking at us like we were freaks. To make matters worse it was a joint gift for me and my partners birthday and between the rude staff and the overcharging made it an absolute headache. Train your front desk staff better and also have them take a course in customer service because there is clearly 0.

  Room was clean. Shower door made a popping noise which was scary. Bed was decent. Multiple fixtures in room had bulbs that were out. Staff was interesting. Some didnt want to help and went to help others first. Some starred like I was some freak. Im glad our stay was only for a couple of days but I wouldnt go back to stay here.

  The pool was very slippery and didn't seem very clean. The hotel service was great and the rooms were spacious and clean.
