- DDDavidApr 8, 20261.0Parking is difficult due to small spaces and poor park jobs. Handicap space at rear of building always taken by same vehicle on various times we stayed at hotel. Male night desk staff extremely rude. “Breakfast” thanks for the like warm coffee and cold cereal options. One tiny elevator that is always used by cleaning staff and huge rolling carts. Had desk staff vape twice at front door. Carpet in room ruined child’s socks it was so dirty. Luggage cart, not sure if there is more than one because I only ever got the same one, is worn down and needs replaced. It’s hard to turn and very soiled. Whole place needs some updating
- MRMariam RomanMar 25, 20262.0When we checked in into the two bedroom room, there was a clump of hair on the wall of one of the bathrooms, all the soap bottles were empty and our toilet got clogged up from first flush. The cleanliness of this hotel needs lots of work. Their breakfast when I went at 7am on Tuesday was barely any food for my baby. One spoon left of scrambled egg and no milk at all. The reason I’m giving two starts because of Larry and the other front desk lady whom I can’t recall her name. They were both super friendly and accommodating to us when we requested water bottle and late check in and attending to our Maintenance concerns . I will not be retuning
