  I stay at IHG brand hotels every week. This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was nice, the staff was very polite and professional, the room was huge with coffee maker fridge microwave, which is a big plus for me, because some are getting rid of items in the room.

  Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Parking was good also. 1 Elevator is maybe the only downside.

  Location is poor. Close to nothing. Room is nice. Customer service has been annoying. I asked if they had an atm for cash for laundry they tell me no, but say they can break cash. I drive 3 miles to get cash. Come back and he tells me $20 is too much and he needs smaller bills. This is something that should’ve been said to me before I left. Or they should’ve at least accept credit and debit cards on their washer and dryer like everybody else. Just really inconvenient really rude service Paying $1100 to stay here for a week and being treated like crap. Annoying. Should’ve stayed somewhere that wants people there

  We came up from Oregon to have fun at great wolf lodge but we had our dog with us so we had to find a different hotel this place allows her and has been a great stay there beds are comfy the room are more then big enough. Oh and the breakfast is really good. We asked the night desk worker for advise on a near by restaurant and his advice was spot on.

  My coworker and I stayed at this hotel on our way back to California and The room was nice and the breakfast was amazing overall the stay was pretty nice but one thing I can’t shake and the reason I’m giving this a 1 star review is because the staff member that checked me in (James ) initially i thought was ok he made some slightly inappropriate jokes which I just kinda ignored and then went to my room but I came down later to get something from the little store area in the lobby and I overheard him talking to another staff member about calling ICE on people that worked there after I heard that I went back up to my room and decided I didn’t need anything down there but it honestly really bothered me that a staff member was talking like that and made me feel uncomfortable with staying there and I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location in future
