- FHFranklin Howse4 days ago5.0This place is amazing, they upgraded me to a suite both times due to my status and the breakfast is huge and well stocked. Rooms have been renovated recently and it shows. Front desk is so friendly, they didn't even need to but we're constantly trying to help in any way they could. The gym even has a rowing machine! Very well equipped in comparison to other HI expresses. They have a pool but no hot tub, which is fine. HIGHLY recommend! Only recommendation would be maybe changing to a saltwater pool but it's not a big deal LOL.

The staff was attentive, prompt and went out of there way to make my stay very pleasant. The gentleman working the evening had me in stitches, he was very welcoming, always smiling and had a great sense of humor. I will be back.
- CSChris SimonOct 30, 20255.0Power was out for a few hours, door to outside was stuck and wouldn't open with card and one day returning to my room from work the door to my room was open by deadbolt being latched. I asked the maintenance workers on my floor and she said she accidentally left it open. Nothing was missing.
