- JLJennifer LynchApr 12, 20263.0The rooms were great - I paid for early check-in and didn’t end up needing it and arrived at normal checkin time to find our room wasn’t even ready when it should have been ready at 11am. We had an issue with the pool and Internet. It was spring break AND soccer tournaments this weekend so the hotel was FULL! The pool was NOT heated and they had no towels. Apparently they don’t do laundry on site anymore so we were given a bath mat for a pool towel. The internet was garbage - WiFi available and connected, but no signal inside the hotel to connect or load anything.

(rooms are plenty bookable next days..) „manager“ Mrs. G : arrogant, argumenting: we do not offer … that is only on available… never had a late check out denided ever on an IHG … next: room preferences set up. Ask on checking : did you see that? Yes ! No … room is behind an elevator… extrem loud on the highway..you even do not get a water here. You can buy at the desk but you will not get a receive. They cannot print you one..black hairs in the bathroom are also but I stopped claiming as nobody takes care…So please IHG: take off the diamond plates and do not offer this for regularly travelers … gets down the normal perfekt IHG service a lot!I would not recommend to stay here . If you have too: good luck.
