Management was completely unresponsive. We ended up being forced to buy our own adaptive equipment. Otherwise a very comfortable room, clean, quiet, well maintained and very comfortable beds. Although the beds were high off the ground making it painful/awkward for enter/exit.

It was waiting in front of the elevator so every time it opened, it just invited you. Everything else was also great with reasonable breakfast hours. They stoped the breakfast at 10 which is very reasonable.

Like make it make sense you’ll take me to the airport but god forbid I leave my car here. Front desk lady seemed annoyed with any questions I had. What a disappointing experience. UPDATE: We spoke to a manager about this and they LAUGHED at us said they will “consider updating the website” that is misleading and false. Do NOT stay here horrible customer service.
