    3pm, April 7, 2026. I get to the counter to check in and pay, The Short Black Bald Man says i can't check in because I need a Debit or credit card from a MAJOR BANK INSTITUTION TO CHECK IN, I use MyWisley Debt Card. 1 block away is Express Holiday inn Lady at the counter says, THEY DONT NOT REQUIRE A CARD FROM A SPECIFIC DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS TO CHECK-IN, AT ANY HOLIDAY IN JUST HAVE THE MONEY.

    Would definitely stay here again! Great location. Clean, comfy beds and the hot tub was nice after a long day. I had my fan on all night and my eye mask, no issues with the road noise at all. Breakfast costs extra FYI. Microwave and mini fridge in room

    I visit Tacoma Washington regularly for work and always end up staying the night, if not a few nights. Iv been unlucky finding a hotel with constant customer service and skills to perform their job with management being involved to fix simple requests. I have been told to wait till 3:30am till I can check in. I have no problem paying for the early check-in but then I'm told that I will have to check out at 11am? Why am I waiting till 3:30am for the front desk to perform audit so I can check in (and pay early check-in fee) from the 19th to the 20th. I wanted to get in my room at 1am and sleep before work tomorrow and check out in the morning but now I feel like if I'm be told to wait for audit then my check in is the 19th and my check out is the 20th....what's the problem....this has ruined my night and I will feel it all day when working...boo
